Organizational Culture Assessment and Transformation
Brain Education ™ leadership and team coaching
Organizational Change Management
Project Management
Paula enjoys partnering with clients to evaluate organizational cultures against high-performance standards, and creating roadmaps to transition work environments into cultures that support—rather than detract from—organizational strategy.
For one client, she supported a corporate turn-around by defining and establishing the ideal culture needed to drive business strategy. Elsewhere, she conducted an organizational and manpower assessment for a Washington D.C.-based law enforcement agency where she determined that the agency’s performance challenges were not solely an issue of staffing. Paula then provided seven targeted recommendations to improve performance via organizational process, structure, planning, and effective resource utilization.
Paula has the ability to provide advisory services, innovative thought leadership, and to execute. A very rare combination.
She applies the Brain Education methodology of leadership and team coaching and development to help individuals move beyond deeply rooted, unproductive mindsets and habits, and get comfortable with the discomfort and messiness of change.
Paula and Jeff led the cultural transformation of a Northern Virginia local government’s major utility plant. This work included organizational assessments, developing the leadership cadre, administering the StrengthsFinder instrument and debriefing all 15 work teams, and developing a robust set of core values using full workforce participation.
Under very challenging circumstances, Paula kept us on target with her professionalism, focus, and hard work. She can really help you and/or your organization move your agenda forward.
Prior to joining PBI, Paula was a senior associate at Booz Allen Hamilton and before that she spent ten years as an executive consultant at RG. She holds a M.S. in Managerial Leadership from National-Louis University and a B.S. in Agricultural Communication from Purdue University.
